Ordering Prescriptions and Food

Please pre-order food and prescriptions by email or by calling the office directly (508.881.2400) during business hours. Over the Counter Medications such as Heartgard Plus, Iverhart Plus, Revolution, Interceptor, Vectra 3D and Frontline can be picked up at the hospital during business hours AS LONG AS YOUR PET IS CURRENT WITH THEIR VACCINATIONS AND HEARTWORM TEST.

Prescription refills should be emailed or called in 24 hours before pick up.   All prescription refills will be filled at the discretion of your veterinarian.

Please include:

1. Your name
2. A telephone number where you can be reached
3. Your pet’s name
4. Name of the medication & current dosage
   -or-
5. Brand of food and quantity

Hills & Eukanuba pet food ordered by 10 AM on Monday, will be available after 2 PM Wed.   All other Brands of Pet food ordered by 10 AM on Monday, will be available the following Monday.

If you do not receive an email that your food order is ready, please call before you come.
