Appointment Policy

We make an attempt to be on time for all of our appointments, although your veterinarian may have been called in for a life-threatening emergency. We ask for your understanding if this should occur, and know that you would want the same attention if it was your beloved pet at risk.

Order in which appointments are seen:

  1. Emergencies
  2. Scheduled appointments
  3. Unscheduled appointments

Our front desk staff will be happy to help you schedule an appointment. Please call the hospital at 508-881-2400 or submit an appointment request as far ahead as possible for scheduling convenience. If you wish to see a specific veterinarian, please request them at the time you schedule your appointment.

Please download and fill out our New Client Info Form and bring it to your first appointment.

If your pet is sick or injured, please provide a detailed history of the problem when you call:

  • Description of the problem
  • When the problem began
  • Type of pet food
  • Changes in eating or drinking habits
  • Changes in urinating and defecating habits
  • Previous health problems and medications
  • Behavioral changes
  • Changes in the family or home

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
