Alyssa McDonagh, DVM, MPH

Dr. Alyssa McDonagh grew up in Monroe, Connecticut. She received an undergraduate degree in Pathobiology from University of Connecticut and earned her DVM degree from the Tufts University, Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. McDonagh has a special interest in the One Health Movement, which emphasizes the intersection and impact of humans and animals upon public health and the environment. This led her to obtain a Master's of Public Health in addition to her DVM.

When away from the hospital, Dr. McDonagh enjoys running, exploring new places, reading, and experimenting with different recipes.
